Usually consignment — you keep ownership until it sells, then it passes straight to the buyer and we just handle the sale for you. For some lots we'll buy it from you outright instead; whenever that's an option, we'll quote you both ways so you can pick.
Usually not. Most lots sell right from your dock — the buyer books the pickup, we cover the paperwork (the freight BOL), and you never lift a pallet. If it's smaller or trickier, we can take it into our warehouses in Lynwood, CA or Tampa, FL at no charge.
Totally your call. By default we keep your brand off the listing — buyers only see category, condition, and the item list. If you'd rather have the visibility, we'll list it branded. And we won't let it land on channels that could resurface on Amazon, Walmart, or your other partners unless you say so.
Buyers pay us up front. We hold the money safely (in escrow) until delivery is confirmed, then pay you by direct deposit (ACH) every Monday — with a clear, line-by-line statement for each lot.
Yes — returns and most regulated categories too: beauty, OTC, electronics with batteries, aerosols. Hazmat we look at case by case. The one thing we won't resell is recalled product — there we'll help you arrange proper certified disposal instead.
We don't just sit on it. At 60 days we re-grade it, take fresh photos, and move it to better-fit channels. At 90 days you decide: drop the price or pull it back. Either way, you pay nothing until something actually sells.
