Customer Business
Dress for Success is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping women gain and maintain employment by providing professional attire and support.

All clothing is donated by individuals or organizations - but not all of it fits the organization's focus on business-appropriate, professional apparel.

“We run a nonprofit that helps women attain and retain employment by providing them with interview clothing so they can survive and thrive,” explains Susan, a representative from the organization’s Los Angeles office.

Liquidation Challenge
Susan needed a fast, no-hassle solution to offload two large clothing donations that didn't align with the nonprofit’s needs: An assortment of “Pinup”-style women’s clothing and a collection of “Level 99” apparel and women’s undergarments

“These donations didn’t fit the ‘business casual’ look we encourage, so we needed to find a liquidation partner who could help us move them quickly,” she said.

Susan reached out to several liquidation companies, but many rejected the load due to limited documentation.

“They all said my inventory sheet wasn’t specific enough and wanted detailed manifests - which I wasn’t interested in updating. Then I found LiquidateNow through a Google search.”

Solution
LiquidateNow offered the simplicity and flexibility Susan needed.

“As soon as I spoke to Alain and he made it SO simple for me, I stopped looking elsewhere,” she said.

Via Trading accepted the load, handled the sale, and ensured the process was smooth from start to finish.

“The service was awesome, and the time frame for getting them sold was great. We recovered a little less than we hoped, but honestly, it was close to what I expected.”

Satisified client
This was Susan’s first experience using LiquidateNow, and she plans to return.

“I’ll definitely use you guys again the next time I have a bigger load of stuff to move.”

Dress for Success is a global organization, and LiquidateNow worked directly with its Los Angeles office on this project.
