LIQUIDATE TO SEVERAL BUYERS
If the quantity to liquidate is so large that the cost would be prohibitive for one buyer, the lot can be split up into several smaller lots to appeal to a larger pool of buyers.
Ship us the excess inventory for resale out of our warehouse, or you keep it in your possession while we market it for a predetermined period (typically 30 to 90 days), FOB your location with the buyer responsible for paying the shipping costs.
The goods will be listed as an agreed price. Should no one meet the asking price, we would solicit offers for less. The highest qualified offers would be coordinated with you prior to approval.
If the excess inventory ships from our warehouse, payment will be sent to you within 48 hours of shipment. If it ships from your facility and the customer is in the continental USA, your payment will be sent within 48 hours of the customer receiving the goods. If the customer is overseas the goods ship from your facility, payment will be sent to you within 48 hours of shipment.
LiquidateNow will receive a commission on the selling price. Commissions rates for Option 1.5 are from 20% of sales price. Higher commission rates are charged for smaller value or more complex liquidations. Exact commission rate will be specified in the proposal and agreement.
